Where should I place my doormat?
We recommend placing your doormat in a covered area, such as a covered patio. The mat should be kept dry and away from elements, such as winter salts. Decorative doormats are not meant for heavy use.
What if my doormat gets wet?
Immediately hang dry the doormat to allow it to drain properly and to avoid stains. Do not attempt to further saturate the mat or scrub the mat.
My doormat is shedding. Is this normal?
In the beginning, some shedding is expected as you break in the doormat. Simply shake the mat out to clear it of loose fibers.
I used the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Send us a message with the correct address as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped or is returned to us due to an address error, a reship fee may be applied.
When will my order ship? Will I get tracking?
Our processing time fluctuates based on the volume of orders. Please visit a listing to view our current processing time. Etsy automatically emails a receipt after purchase, which has a ship by date and estimated arrival date. Once it ships, you will receive a confirmation email from Etsy with tracking information. It can also be found in your account under purchases.
Can I add a personalization/customization to a predesigned mat?

Can I order a custom size doormat?
We do not currently offer custom sizes; we carry a mini (16x27), standard (18x30), large (24x30), and X-Large (24x60). However, we're working on providing custom sizes, and it may be an option in the near future!
Can I get a color other than black for the design?
Sometimes we can use colors other than black for the design. Since we're not printing on a white substrate, as the mat is a light brown color, colors can be tricky. Color matching is difficult, and some colors are easier to accomplish than others. If you'd like a color, message us, and we'll let you know if it's one we can do.
Please note that if we proceed with your color choice, we do not guarantee an exact color match, but we'll get as close as we can. We CANNOT use white because we have found it does not hold up and dirties quickly.
What is a blemished mat, and can I see a photo?
Sometimes we get mats with dark spots or other stains and blemishes beyond the natural ones. However, they do not inhibit the actual function of the doormat. As a company, we try to be mindful of our waste and hate the thought of throwing them in a landfill; therefore, we choose to offer them at cost. Please note that we do not provide photos of our blemished doormats because our items are made to order, and we cannot guarantee which one you will receive.
We usually have at least a few blemished items in stock. If you are interested in purchasing the blemished option, please let us know, and we will be glad to add one if available to the listing inventory. By buying a blemished mat, you agree to its flaws, and all sales are final.
