Info about Shop policies:
We are happy to accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Contact us within: 3 days after delivery
Return items within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
Contact us immediately if you want to return your order, no later than 3 days after receipt. After receiving the authorization for a return and the return address, return the item within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that the item must be packed carefully and properly to avoid damage. The buyer needs to bear the shipping costs both ways (from Sweden to your country and from your country back to Sweden). Although we offer free shipping on several items, the shipping provider does not provide free shipping to us. Shipping costs both ways plus a fee of 50 USD/ Euro per order for administration costs are charged on return. A refund of the price of the item will only be issued when the item arrives to us in the same condition as when we sent it.
There are no refunds if the item returned is damaged.
There are no refunds on discounted rates.
If you wish to cancel an order, we reserve the right to retain 10% of the payment due to administrative costs.
Delivery Policies
All items are carefully wrapped and packaged properly.
Standard shipping includes tracks and tracks. We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed shipments beyond our control.
Make sure your address is correct. Your package will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy profile. We cannot be held responsible for packages not picked up or undelivered packages due to incorrect delivery addresses from the buyer.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Payment
Please remit payment when ordering. If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, your order will be cancelled.
Note: We are happy to reserve an item up to 7 days. You pay $5 in deposit that is lost if you do not complete your purchase.
VAT and import taxes are paid by the buyer.
Shipping
The most shipping is by DHL EXPRESS business courier shipping and Postnord International Postal Service:
We have also started using postal shipping method as standard for Free shipping items, but if you are in a hurry please choose DHl Express at check out.

We will ship your order within 1-3 working days after your purchase. If we for some reason can't manage that time frame we will contact you.
Every item has two shipping prices :
SINGLE item
Combined Shipping
Remote Area:
An additional fee may apply if you live in a remote area. We only know this when we book shipping in a freight carrier system. The amount is 200 sek. Then we will contact you and you will have the opportunity to upgrade the shipping or cancel orders.
Extra Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee. We recomend for order value over $250.
We do our best to pack all your items very carefully so there is not risk for damage.
We try to be ECO friendly so we re-use boxes and other material as much as possible.
We will use sturdy boxes and bubble wrap so your item will be well protected! Fabric and textile are sent in strong recycled mailing bags.
Please note that we don't responsible for:
Taxes and Custom fees
Lost or damaged items :
We will help you make a complaint if the shipment contains tracking! (We need photos of the box, wrapping and damaged items -please send via Etsy conversation). This only applies if you also have a complaint with your freight supplier. Full compensation from the shipping supplier only applies if the shipment is extra insured.
