Try not to leave your purchase in the elements all day (ex: Mailbox/Porch). Upon arrival please open the package and inspect the contents. Message me directly with any questions.

Soap care & storage:
Keep soap dry and out of water in between uses. Use a soap dish with drainage.

If purchasing as party favors, store in dry, cool location, out of direct sunlight, until ready for use.
Damp, hot/humid environments may cause your soap to melt or sweat (small harmless, glycerin beads of moisture that may develop on the surface). You can wipe away with a dry cloth/paper towel.
This is a natural occurrence in hot or humid environments and is not due to a defect in the soap.

I do not currently offer gift wrapping unless stated in a particular order. All items are carefully packaged.

All soap orders are custom made after your order is placed. Each order requires different processing time. Sometimes I may have your items in stock, if so, it will ship quicker. My average processing time is 5-7 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping is via USPS. Shipping/delivery time is out of my control.

Every order will have a tracking number once it ships.

I offer a Priority Mail 1-3 day shipping upgrade at checkout.

If you have allergies or are sensitive to ingredients such as (including but not limited to) honey, coconut oils, essential oils, oats, almonds, fragrances & dyes please be aware my products contain some or all of these ingredients. Though molds and utensils are washed between uses, molds are shared and some residue may remain. All soaps are wrapped and stored next to one another.

Almost all the fragrance oils I use are paraben and phthalate-free.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation tracking number.
