- I'd appreciate the chance to make things right if you aren't happy BEFORE you write a bad review. It takes a lot of hours to create, market and sell my items. All of our items are custom so they cannot be returned or replaced, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

- If the post office breaks it, bends it, crushes it, busts it, rips it, tears it, loses it then you need to file a claim with Etsy and/or the post office. After an item has shipped it has moved beyond my control. Asking for a refund or a replacement when the damage isn't my fault is unfair to any seller. Our items are packed appropriately.

- I do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on custom pieces and yes, most of my pieces are custom.

Custom and personalized orders

We do not accept returns for items which are customized. Any damage in shipping is the responsibility of the carrier, not our shop. We will do everything we can to make the transaction correct if we have made a mistake but we require you to send the item back to us for inspection. No refunds or exchanges will be made until the item is back in our possession.
