• We have given all our prints a generous white border to allow for slight dings or creases that may occur in the shipping process (border width according to paper size). Most frames have a lip that will cover any imperfections within our prints' borders.

PAPER QUALITY

• Matte paper, lightly textured card-stock 200 g/m2. Professionally printed using archival inks.
• Because every monitor and cell phone is calibrated differently, color of the art print may vary from the color you see on the screen.
• Mat and frame not included.

PACKAGING

I use different packaging depending on the size of the poster and the country from which the item is produced and shipped.

Our standard packaging for posters is:
• Flat for posters up to A4
• Tube for posters above A4

Some exceptions are:
• Mailing tubes in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
• Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazil

PERSONALIZATION

Personalized posters are welcome for any of the designs you see here, so if you have a particular idea or color preference, just let me know. Alternatively, just write which color you'd like on the "Add your personalization" tab above the "Add To Cart" button. I´ll personally arrange a preview file (.jpg) so you can check it out before printing!

A - SIZE INFORMATION
• Each of the 4 files is an ultra high resolution PNG image with different height to width ratios to fit most standard frame dimensions.
• I have given all my prints a generous white border to allow for slight dings or creases (border width according to format size).

B - ACCESSING YOUR FILES
• After the checkout process, you will receive an email that your payment has processed and it will include a link to your download.

C - VAT ON DIGITAL ITEMS
• Is some cases, you may see a higher price when you click on the item itself than when you view it in the store grid. That's because Etsy incorporates VAT on digital items before checkout (instead of physical items).

CUSTOM ARTWORK
GENERAL INFO

A - PRICING A-LA-CARTE FOR A DIGITAL DESIGN
• One subject/character - $50 (US$).
• Multiple characters - $50/each adult.
• Multiple characters - $45/each child.
• Furniture, props, animals - $15/each.

• You will be paying the initial US$50 as a deposit (non-refundable).
• Balance is collected at the end when the design stage/process is finished, before the final file is sent to you.
• If your design is going to be only one subject/character, there will be no balance left and I will send you the digital design when you approve it.

B - HOW TO ORDER
• On the "Add your personalization" tab, include a brief description of what you have in mind for the design. Please try to be specific. I.E., number of characters, background color, props, animal, silhouette colors, scene you have in mind, etc.
• If you have a photo, picture or screenshot, please include it by using "Message Seller". Feel free to send as many as you like!
• Hit the “Add to Cart” button and we are ready to go.

C - DESIGN PROCESS
-1. Lemon and Cello is a ONE PERSON small business. You will work directly and solely with me, Bruno, the artist.
-2. When the deposit fee arrives, I will contact you shortly via Etsy email so we can:
• Tinker the final budget together.
• Discuss colors, texts, details and ideas for the design.
• Schedule our first kick-off meeting.
-3. With our work schedule defined between the two of us, I start drawing with your ideas as inspiration.
-4. Initially, I need between 3 to 4 business days to do the first sketch (not including weekends). I´ll personally arrange preview files (PNG or JPG) and send you back, so you can check them out.
-5. At this stage, I would rely on you to let me know all the changes you need. Don't be bashful - I can take a good critic 
-6. Corrections and revisions can take another 1-3 days (if needed).
-7. We can go back and forth by Etsy mail or Email, until you are 100% happy with your artwork.
-8. Only then and there with your final approval, we can wrap this up!

D - END RESULT
• For a DIGITAL DESIGN with only one subject/character, there will be no balance left and I will send you the final digital design by email or Etsy mail, whichever is more comfortable for you.
• For a DIGITAL DESIGN with more than one character, I will create another digital downloadable item for the amount of the balance left. To access your file, you can find it by viewing your Etsy profile and then click your purchases and reviews section.
• For a PRINTED POSTER OF YOUR NEW DESIGN, I will create an item for the amount of the balance left. I will then upload your order to the professional printing service that handles my orders throughout the year. Each item is individually processed, carefully produced by hand to ensure the best quality. They will ship your order but I will take care of track it down all the way to your home.
