Processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Please note the processing time is a lot longer during holidays such as Christmas. Processing is the time it takes me to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing and packing queue. Items will ship AFTER the processing is complete. Actual Delivery of your item could take several days once it’s shipped (even longer with the current pandemic). My products are printed and shipped from Pennsylvania.

I do not accept cancellations for any reason, except if you accidentally ordered the same order twice. I do not accept returns but I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged or the printing is defective or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I send a replacement. However, if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order, I will not resend the item again for free.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular shipping. The delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy. Due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control. Further, with the current pandemic, I might update the estimated shipping date.
