❤ All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for me to design, assemble, and package your item(s) before it is ready to be shipped.

❤ Once shipped, these are the post office’s suggested time frames for shipping:

CANADA: 3-10 business days
USA: 14+ business days (delays with Covid-19)
INTERNATIONAL: 21+ business days (delays with Covid-19)

❤ These shipping times are NOT guaranteed. Delivery upgrades are available in the basket. All orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post or USPS.

❤ The post office's shipping and delivery times will vary depending on the final destination and/or customs clearance.

❤ All items are made to order, which means that each item is custom made just for you! Unfortunately, Birch Bar + Co. cannot accept returns or provide refunds on custom, made to order items.

❤ Please carefully read all listing descriptions, as well as send me a message if you have any additional questions BEFORE placing an order.

❤ Refunds will also not be issued if your order does not arrive in time for your event date. If your event is coming up soon, please contact me BEFORE placing an order to see if delivery is possible by your event date or a shipping upgrade is needed.

❤ Once you submit your order, I will NOT cancel your order for any reason; no exceptions! Please make sure that you have read our cancellation policy PRIOR to submitting your order. And feel free to message me ahead of time with any questions that you may have :)

❤ It is rare, but it can happen that a package is lost in transit by the mail delivery system, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stollen packages.

❤ If you receive an item that has been damaged while in transit, please contact me within 24-hours, as well as send me a photo of the item and packaging so that we can work together to come to a solution on a case-to-case basis. I strive to provide excellent customer service and I always want to make sure that you are completely happy and satisfied with your purchase.
