1. Add a small amount of mild silk-friendly detergent to cold water, wash the scarf by moving it about slowly and gently, for no more than 5 minutes.
2. Rinse well in fresh cold water.
3. Lay flat to dry, do not wring or twist.
4. Low heat setting to iron once dry.
