How long will it take my order to arrive?

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Because I alternately ship from either the UK or the USA, this tends to vary. Brexit, COVID, and the Ukraine conflict are all having an impact around the world.

While normally I find that the estimated time as listed by either the Royal Mail or USPS for your selected shipping option is not far off, if your order is taking longer than you feel it should, I ask that you please exercise a bit of patience while the world is still in its current state. But please - If you need your order by a certain date, get in touch! While I no longer offer shipping upgrades (I was finding them a consistent source of disappointment for customers and at great expense) I'll do everything I can to work with you.

Return of Sale Orders

I do accept returns within 21 days of purchase, with the exception of items marked as FINAL SALE. Because I am on the move quite a bit, please drop me a line prior to returning an item. This is just to ensure that you have the most up to date return address to send the item back to if I am planning on being on the move. I will work with you to ensure that the item gets back to where it needs to be.

Shipping on Returned Items

Shipping charges are considered "services rendered", and are generally not refunded. I make an exception if there has been a mistake on your order, or some such circumstance. Please get in touch if you have an issue that you feel needs my attention and I will consider it on a case by case basis.

What if I don't see my country in the shipping dropdown menu?

I will ship just about anywhere, so if your country doesn't appear in the dropdown menu, drop me a message.

However, as of this writing (May 28, 2023) I am no longer shipping to France as of June 1st 2023. Sadly, the French packaging recycling registration certificate is becoming more costly every year, and as a very small business it is no longer realistic for me to maintain my certificate. I want to extend my deepest apologies to my customers in France, and I hope that the government sees fit to fix this situation for small businesses.
